Всем физкульт привет! Меня зовут Ксения Рахимова, в фитнес клубе «Зебра» я провожу высокоинтенсивные силовые тренировки и гимнастику для взрослых. Мои клиенты - это женщины и мужчины, которые давно дружат со спортом и фитнесом и стремятся  к исследованию новых физических возможностей для своего тела. Нашей спортивной группе уже несколько лет, но мы всегда рады новичкам, готовым к упорной работе и интенсивным занятиям.

Я стараюсь, чтобы  на занятии клиенты могли получать всестороннее физическое развитие. А именно:

Тренируем выносливость с помощью бега, прыжков на скакалке в качестве разминки, включаем разнообразные кардио комплексы  в силовую тренировку.

Умение тонко координировать свое тело - это важнейшая задача, рационально тратить силы, с легкостью ориентироваться в непривычных положениях тела, преодолевать сложные двигательные задачи, мастерски владеть своим телом. Для этого мы используем работу с нестабильными платформами, тренируя мелкие мышцы стабилизаторы и способность поддерживать баланс. Создаем новые комплексы упражнения, в процессе выполнения которых требуется максимальная собранность и внимание.

Становимся сильнее: на занятиях мы тренируем абсолютно все группы мышц, каждый раз усложняя комплекс, добавляем вес к отягощениям, давая повышенную нагрузку мышцам. Тело постепенно становится более крепким, формы привлекательными, укрепляется мышечный корсет.

Развиваем гибкость и совершенствуем растяжку. Разнообразные шпагаты, мостики и гимнастические складки являются неотъемлемой частью наших тренировочных процессов. Оздоравливаем сухожилия, связки и мышцы, во время занятий из них интесивно удаляется сковывающая двигательную активность молочная кислота – отсюда и благодатное ощущение легкости по всему телу. Для этого используются комплексы из йоги, художественной и спортивной гимнастики.

В данный момент наша группа осваивает стойки на голове и руках, перевернутые шпагаты и полушпагаты.

Систематические занятия помогут улучшить, развить, устранить имеющиеся дефекты телосложения, исправить осанку, улучшить эмоциональный настрой, сон, аппетит, найти новые возможности для вас и вашего тела.  Не важно, с каким настроением вы приходите в наш зал, важно, что каждый уходит всегда в хорошем настроении!
